Numbers and codes
Q01How does a virtual number receive my code?
We hold real carrier numbers. When an app sends an SMS to the number we gave you, it appears on your account screen. You need no SIM card and no phone.
Q02Do I pay if the code never comes?
No. A single-use number waits 20 minutes for a code. If nothing arrives, its price goes back to your balance automatically.
Q03Which apps work?
107 apps are listed, including WhatsApp, Telegram, Google, KakaoTalk, Instagram and TikTok. For anything else, choose Other apps and sites.
Q04Can I call or send SMS from the number?
No. Numbers only receive SMS. Outgoing texts and calls are not supported.
Q05Can I log in again later with the same number?
A single-use number receives one code. If you will need the same number again, rent one for 1, 7 or 30 days.
Q06Is my number shared with other people?
Messages to your number are shown only on your account screen. They are not posted in a public inbox.
Prices and top-ups
Q01How are prices set?
Each app and country pair has a fixed price per number. Choose an app in the issue bar on the home page to see every country with its price.
Q02What is the smallest top-up?
$10. From $100 a bonus of 20% to 50% is added, depending on the amount.
Q03Can I withdraw my balance?
No. The balance stays in your account. Refunds for numbers without a code and cancelled orders go back to it.
Account
Q01Why is there no email or password?
Your account is one access token made on the sign-up page. We keep only a hash of it, so we cannot show it again. Save it as a .txt file.
Q02I lost my token.
We cannot recover it, because we only store a hash. Keep the file you saved at sign-up somewhere safe.
Q03How many accounts can I make?
Up to 3 per IP address.
Rules
Q01What can I use the numbers for?
Lawful uses such as keeping your own number private, testing apps and running work accounts. Taking over other people's accounts, fraud and spam are not allowed.
Q02How do I contact support?
Accounts with at least one completed top-up can open support from the account screen. Payment questions about your own top-up are answered before that too.
