1How refunds work
Refunds always go back to your balance. The balance cannot be withdrawn to a wallet or bank account.
2Automatic refunds
- A single-use number received no code within 20 minutes
- You cancelled an order before the code arrived
- An order failed and was not processed
3Rental numbers
A rental buys time, so it is not refunded once it starts. If the number receives nothing from the start, tell support. After checking, we return the price to your balance.
4Top-up requests
Top-ups are added once payment is confirmed. Up to 3 requests can wait at the same time.

Send the order code, or the top-up date and amount, through support on your account screen.
